Members can easily sign up to receive electronic statements. It's a more efficient and secure way to review your accounts electronically.
HFCU members, please follow the steps below to sign up for HFCU eDocuments and start receiving your statements electronically.
Login to your eTeller Online or Mobile Banking app.
Through your eTeller Online or Mobile Banking dashboard, above where your accounts are listed, you will click the button that reads eDocuments.
A pop up will come up to start your enrollment process with eDocuments (please make sure pop-up blockers are disabled)
Once the enrollment process is complete optional notifications can be enabled. Statements are available from the start date of enrollment but not before. Members will have access to up to 12 months of statements at a time.
