We are happy to announce, our branch lobbies—with the exception of our CGG location—are open to serve members and guest members in a limited capacity and under certain conditions. In addition, our credit union will continue to offer expanded drive-through services. As we, at HFCU, are still adhering to social distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC, our credit union will return to normal full service operations in phases and as the pandemic curve flattens.
For your safety and the safety of those around you, we are limiting the number of members and guest members in our lobbies at any one time. In addition, we require all lobby visitors to wear a face mask or face covering, observe social distancing guidelines and all posted instructions. If you do not have a face mask or prefer not to wear one, we kindly ask you to please continue to utilize HFCU’s drive-through lanes to conduct your transactions or to use HFCU’s remote banking services.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness or worse. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting or entering an HFCU branch or facility, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Additionally, as a part of mitigating measures designed to control and reduce the transmission of COVID-19,we appreciate your assistance and cooperation by allowing us to do temperature checks and answering a series of screening questions before access to our lobbies is granted.
