Members who have recently updated to the latest release of the Safari web browser are currently experiencing an inability to access and utilize HFCU’s bill pay feature. We understand that this may be frustrating for members attempting to log into their next bill pay session and we apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently working with Apple to resolve the issue.
Currently, there are two temporary solutions that members can utilize to access bill pay:
- Change Safari’s browser settings to allow third-party cookies and cross-site tracking each time when logging in to bill pay.
- Temporarily use another browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc…) until the newest Safari version is available for update.
Apple is in the process of releasing patches to resolve this issue: If you are able to utilize an Apple patch, you will need to set your browser settings to allow cookies and cross-site tracking after the update.
