Make The Most of Online & Mobile Banking


We are taking every precaution to keep our members and employees safe while continuing to provide vital financial services to the communities we serve. At this time, HFCU strongly encourages all of our members to utilize HFCU’s online and mobile banking services that allow you to manage your accounts remotely from anywhere and anytime with a computer or mobile device.

Make banking more convenient with 24/7 online and mobile banking. Access your accounts, transfer funds around, and even apply or make a payment on an HFCU loan when you enroll in online banking (eTeller) and HFCU’s other remote banking services.

  • Control your money with eTeller. Sign-up for online banking (eTeller) and check balances, view transactions in real time, transfer funds, open new accounts, set up account alerts, and even apply for loans. Pair it with our HFCU mobile banking app for even more flexibility.
  • Pay your bills online and on-time with eCheck. Sign up for online Bill Pay (eCheck)* and conveniently pay your bills online–from anywhere you are. It also features Person-to-Person payments, eBills (bill presentment) and Gift Pay. And, our mobile banking app lets you pay your bills directly from your smartphone!
  • Take your account everywhere you take your phone. Pay bills, transfer funds, make remote deposits, and more with your smartphone. The HFCU Mobile Banking app** is available for all iOS and Android devices. Download our app through the App Store or Google Play today.
  • Go paperless. eStatements look just like paper ones but they take up no space on your desk. Enroll in eStatements and securely view your account statement whenever you would like. eStatements are generally available the day after the end of the month.

Our call center hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Please note, due to high call volumes wait times are high. If you prefer someone to call you back, please follow the key prompts for an option to leave a message with your call back number, and a Member Service Representative will call you back as soon as possible.
