Convenient Services Available for Managing Your Accounts Remotely

HFCU provides a number of convenient services that allow you to manage your accounts safely and remotely from a computer or mobile device. If you have questions or need assistance with any of these services, please call us during our Call Center business hours Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm at 281-243-0500 or toll-free at 1-866-OUR-HFCU (1-866-687-4328), and we are more than happy to assist you. Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit is a secure, reliable and immediate way for you to receive your paycheck every pay period—without visiting a branch. Obtain a direct deposit form from your employer; fill out the remaining information with HFCU’s Routing Number: 313183368, and your 14-digit checking account number or 12-digit savings account number.

You can find your account information in your eTeller (online banking) profile by navigating to the Other Services tab and clicking on ACH info (Account number information is not available in the mobile app at this time).

Online and Mobile Banking

Log in to HFCU’s eTeller (online banking) website or HFCU’s mobile banking app (eMobile) website for fast immediate access to your accounts. If you need assistance getting set up with these services, please call us at one of the numbers provided at the beginning of this article. From your online or mobile banking account, you can make payments, view transactions, check balances, initiate transfers, and more. You will need to sign-up for online banking prior to using the HFCU Mobile Banking App. To use the HFCU Mobile Banking app, you will need to download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

TellerPhone

Members can also keep track of their accounts by calling and using our TellerPhone service at 281-243-0770 (Greater Houston Area) or 864-676-7110 (Greenville, South Carolina). An access code is required to use our TellerPhone service. If you require an access code to use this service please call us at one of the numbers provided at the beginning of this article and we will be happy to assist you.

Member Loan Application

Start the loan process remotely from your computer or mobile device and Apply for Your Loan.

HFCU QuickPay

Schedule a payment remotely towards your HFCU loan by using HFCU QuickPay.

Remote Deposit

If your account is in good standing and has been open for at least 90 days, you may qualify for remote deposit. Simply contact us at one of the numbers provided at the beginning of this article, and we will be happy to help you get started. To make deposits using your mobile phone, you will need to download the HFCU Mobile Banking App from the App Store or Google Play. Some restrictions may apply.

ATMs

If you require access to cash, there are more than 30,000 ATMs available to our members via the CO-OP Network®. Visit the HFCU website Branch and ATM locator to locate your nearest convenient ATM or deposit-taking ATM.

Digital Wallet

As a HFCU cardholder, you can also enjoy the convenience and security of using contactless payments such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay with your Credit and Debit cards to make payments from your mobile device. To set-up your digital wallet, follow the “Add a Card” process in your mobile device’s ‘digital wallet app’, and in minutes you are on your way to quick checkouts when shopping in-store or online—no need to show additional ID, sign, or wait for the chip reader to complete the transaction.

eStatements

Quit receiving physical mail, and start receiving and reviewing your statements more securely and efficiently through email. It’s easy to switch to eStatements. Simply logon to eTeller, and under the eTeller tab you will click on the eDocuments link at the top-right of the page. From there you will subscribe through the online form to start receiving your eStatements.
