Our Drive-Thru Lanes are Open to Serve your Financial Needs

In cooperation with the recommendations of limiting gatherings of 10 or more from the White House and the CDC’s latest guidance on social distancing, all Houston Federal Credit Union drive-thru lanes remain open and our lobbies with the exception of the Greenville, South Carolina Branch are closed to the general public effective Thursday, March 19, 2020. Branches with drive-thru stations and their drive-thru business hours can be found using the HFCU Branch and ATM locator.

We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve our members, guest members and communities and as a trusted partner, we are acting out of an abundance of caution and for your safety. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the closing of our lobbies may cause. Our drive-thru lanes remain open to serve most of your financial needs and we have a full contingent of remote services we offer. We do not take this action lightly, we take this action during an evolving health pandemic; we are trying to ensure we do our part to safeguard our members, guest members, and our employee’s health and well-being. We appreciate your understanding and trust in HFCU during this time.

At this time, we strongly urge members to use our drive-thru services for necessary transactions, ATMs and Night Drops for after-hour deposits, our expansive CO-OP ATM Network, Member Telephone Services (Call Center and TellerPhone), and to sign-up for Online and Mobile Banking, HFCU QuickPay, Remote Deposit.

If you need assistance setting up your online banking (eTeller) portal, please call us at 281-243-0500 or toll-free at 1-866-OUR-HFCU (1-866-687-4328), and we are more than happy to assist you. Our call center hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. You can also email us at talktous@houstonfcu.org, or talk to us through our live chat feature. Our call center is fully staffed at this time, but due to high call volumes wait times are high. If you prefer someone to call you back, please follow the key prompts for an option to leave a message with your call back number, and a Member Service Representative will call you back as soon as possible.
