Report A Stolen Credit Card Or CheckCard
- Call 1(800) 442-4757 immediately.
- From the Menu, choose Option 4 from the Main Menu.
Report A Stolen HFCU ATM Card (one of four ways)
- Come into any HFCU branch during business hours.
- Call the HFCU Call Center at (281) 243-0500.
- Call TellerPhone, choose Option 8 from the Main Menu.
- Sign on to eTeller, select Card Options, then Cancel ATM Card.
