Your ATM card will work on all Pulse, Cirrus, & Plus networks worldwide. But as an HFCU member, you have access to more than 25,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide. This number includes ATMs in our CO-OP ATM Network, Pulse Select ATM Network, Texas Credit Union Service Centers, or a HFCU location.

- Members with Onstar can call an Onstar Advisor for directions to the nearest CO-OP Network ATM.
When using a non-HFCU ATM that is not on the CO-OP or Pulse Select networks, there is just a low fee of $1. If the ATM is not a HFCU ATM or one that is on the CO-OP or PULSE Select networks, you may incur a surcharge* from the other institution as well. In other words, if you use an ATM we own or operate, at Texas Credit Union Service Centers, or ATMs in the CO-OP or PULSE Select networks, the withdraw is FREE!
If you do not have an ATM card, you can easily be issued one by mail or in person at any HFCU branch location. Or, email us your request. They are easy to get, easy to use, and free! That's convenience!

- Commit your PIN to memory and never share your PIN with anyone.
- As you approach an ATM, be aware of your surroundings.
- Wait until you leave the ATM to count your money.
- Immediately report a lost or stolen card!
Walk-Up ATM Safety Tips
- Have your card ready when you reach the ATM.
- Wait until previous customers have finished their transactions.
- Stand close to the ATM when entering your PIN.
Drive-Up ATM Safety Tips
- Pull up close to the ATM.
- Remain in your car with the doors locked.
- Keep your car running while operating the ATM.
*Surcharge is the fee that may be charged by the owner of an ATM machine to non-members.
