Fees Associated with Gift Cards
Beginning the seventh month after the gift card is purchased, a monthly maintenance fee of $2.95 will be assessed to the card. This fee will be assessed to the card as long as there are funds remaining on the card. If the card is lost or stolen, there will be a $5.00 replacement fee. Some restrictions may apply to certain merchants such as gas stations and restaurants.
